Even though accommodations on Caye Caulker have increased by over 50% in recent years, Caye Caulker now reaches 100% occupancy from Christmas to Easter.
At the present time, there are no properties on Caye Caulker that are for sale that have a swimming pool.

Your Villa will sit along side a fresh water swimming pool.
Your Villa is your to use any time of the year.
Your Villa will be in a Rental Program, and can be rented out during vacant
times.
On-line website already exist for our Vacation Rentals and is well established.
A 20% management fee will be charged to all bookings with 80% being retained by the Villa owner.
Current rates on Caye Caulker would put Aqua Villas in the price range of US$100 - US$120 per night during Christmas and High Season and around US$85 per night during Summer and Low Season.
Conservatively, the island is guaranteed to be 75% occupancy for around 120 days, the revenue for the Christmas & High Season would gross around US$10,000 per Villa.
The remaining eight months of the year averages out to around 50% occupancy which in turn would gross an additional US$10,000
