Whole Fresh Snapper is stuffed with Onion, Garlic and Fresh Basil. Pan-seared and finished in the oven. Topped with our rich Deep Rainforest sauce. Served with Veggies and Rice.

Garden Stuffed Chicken
A Breast of Chicken is stuffed with Mozzarella and Seasonal Veggies then pan-cooked.
Paired with a White Wine Dijon Crème Sauce. Served with Veggies and Rice.

Sizzlin Fajitas
Marinated, grilled and served on a Sizzlin' Fajita Skillet with Onions, Sweet Peppers and Jalapenos. Comes with Hand-made Flour Tortillas, Pico de Gallo, & Fresh Yogurt,
